Terms and conditions

Dr. Zipe is a brand owned by Future Eyewear Group Sweden AB (556245-6573). In the document that follows Future Eyewear Group Sweden AB is the legal entity except for when you purchase from the United States where Endurance Enterprises Inc. handles shipping and sales.

We do not guarantee that all the items available at the Dr. Zipe web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. Dr. Zipe cannot warrant that the content of the store is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Dr. Zipe may at any time change the content of the site. Though Dr. Zipe strife to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the webshop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Part of the services mediated through Dr. Zipe are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where Dr. Zipe act as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. Dr. Zipe cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. Dr. Zipe cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the web site.

All personal information saved at Dr. Zipe will be handled with most care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to the different units of Dr. Zipe. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. When registering to our web shop, you can choose not to receive information from Dr. Zipe. If you wish to end your subscription to information from Dr. Zipe, send an email to sales@blizeyewear.com stating your email address and a short description of the matter.

You have the right to at any time know what information is kept about you in our systems. This information can be requested by sending an email to sales@drzipe.com. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Dr. Zipe make the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed.


All payment is handled via third-parties over Secure Socket Layers (SSL), which means that e.g your creditcard information gets encrypted and is handled safely. We never store your creditcard number.

Dr. Zipe uses cookies in order to improve your experience of the site. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the site to remember your personal settings. Cookies are also used for statistical purposes. You can set your browser to notify you when a cookie is to be activated. This enables you to reject usage of this cookie or to tell your browser to erase the cookie at the end of your visit. The web shop cannot be used if you disallow cookies.

Payment & Prices
We accept card payments by Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Klarna. If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Swedish VAT at 25 %.

Shipping costs will be added to your order. For shipping charges, please view the our shipping charge table. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Dr. Zipe ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

For orders made in the United States your order will be fulfilled by Endurance Enterprises Inc. Sales tax will be charged for purchases made within Idaho.

Exchanges and refunds
During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. 

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Dr. Zipe. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However,  Dr. Zipe will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product based on your original method of payment. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Please follow the instructions on your packing slip.

Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

Please follow these instructions for returns:

  1. Receive a shipping label for your return by sending an email to sales@blizeyewear.com. Please include your ordernumber in the e-mail.
  2. Securely package item(s) in original packaging (including documentation, manuals, warranty information, registration, etc.)
  3. Fill out the return form on the packing slip and include it in the package.
  4. Print the shipping label and place it securely on the package and drop it at your nearest post office.
  5. When we have received your package we will refund you within a few days. We will deduct your amount with the shipping costs for the return. No additional taxes or duties will be refunded.

The same policy as above applies during sales periods, except that  Dr. Zipe will not allow exchanges.

Uncollected items
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.

Violation of rules
Dr. Zipe reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site.

Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

Force Majeure
In case of Force Majeur, Dr. Zipe obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and  Dr. Zipe can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Dr. Zipe. A Force Majeur is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.

Dr. Zipe will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.

Governing Law - Non US
These terms of use are construed in accordance with Swedish law and you agree that the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.

The laws of you country may be different from the laws in Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
